What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through this website we collect the name, company, phone number, email address, country or city, product interest, quantity and any message you choose to provide. We also record the page you submitted from and, where present, the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to manage that commercial relationship. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiry data is stored in Google Workspace services operated by Google LLC and is accessible only to authorised staff of JV Agro. Website usage is measured using Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies to collect aggregate, non-identifying statistics about how the site is used.

Cookies

This site uses analytics cookies set by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. The Meta Pixel tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) which pages were visited and when an enquiry, subscription or WhatsApp/phone tap happened, so we can measure and show our ads to relevant people. We never send your name, phone number, email or message to Meta. You can manage this in your Facebook ad settings or block cookies in your browser without losing any functionality on this site. Separately, the rate board keeps a copy of the latest published rates in your browser’s local storage so it opens instantly on your next visit; it holds no personal information.

Chat assistant and updates

The chat assistant on this site answers from a fixed list of information about JV Agro; it does not send what you type to any outside service. It may ask whether you are buying for a business or for home, and for your name and WhatsApp number, so our team can follow up; every question can be skipped. If you share them, or ask for a quote, your name, number, role, the topics you asked about and any product and quantity go to the same enquiry records as the form above. If you subscribe to updates, we keep your name, mobile number, optional email and the updates you chose, and use them only to send those updates on WhatsApp or email. You can stop at any time by replying STOP or writing to connect@jvagro.com, and we will remove your details.

To keep automated spam out, the site checks how forms are filled in and limits repeat submissions from the same browser. This uses your browser’s local storage and holds no personal information. If you give the assistant or the updates form your name and number, they are also remembered in your own browser so you do not have to type them again; clearing this site’s data removes them. Sound effects can be muted from the chat window, and the choice is remembered the same way.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as is necessary for the commercial relationship, and for any period required under Indian tax and company law.

Your rights

Write to connect@jvagro.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will act on the request within a reasonable period.
